As a southern woman, I looove food. Now, I don’t go all Paula Deen and add sticks of butter to everything or pull out my deep fryer regularly, but I truly appreciate good food.
From someone who has lost a significant amount of weight and kept it off so far, I keep to the philosophy that you should eat what you want but in moderation. So, I try to always moderate how much I’m eating and how often I eat it.
Keeping that in mind, I’m not the best cook. I cook regularly but hubby is definitely the chef in this house. However, I love to bake – cookies, cakes, brownies… *drools*
